Bill Denny is a dedicated entrepreneur, real estate specialist, and Northern Virginia native. Since the age of 14, Bill has been driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, forging his own path as a self-employed professional and keeping other's best interests at heart. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, he has built a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He considers the real estate business more of a service to clients than a sales business.
Bill's commitment lies in prioritizing his clients and making sure their best interests are served. Ryan Denny
Group Manager
Ryan is the Group's manager and co-listing agent with his dad, Bill. Ryan decided to join the family business in 2014. He truly cares about his clients and does everything in his power to best represent them. Living locally in Gainesville, he is sure to be extremely flexible in meeting his client's needs. He always makes sure that his top priorities are honesty, integrity, and responsiveness. Other than real estate, Ryan enjoys being outdoors and typically near a body of water as fishing is one of his favorite hobbies.
Heather Grossman
Military Relocation Specialist
A native of Pittsburgh, Heather lived in Southern California and South Florida before settling down in Northern Virginia where she and her husband continue to operate a small, veteran-owned, contracting business and raise their three kids. As her children became teenagers, Heather decided to work full-time in real estate.
Being a local business owner, homeschooling, and consistently serving terms as both PA president and school-board member, have allowed Heather to keep her finger on the pulse of Northern Virginia. At the same time, 20 years around the construction industry, including designing and building five homes in Northern Virginia, have given her the ability to understand and appreciate the needs and desires of both buyer and seller. Heather's experiences over the last 20 years have given her an insight that provides her clients with great service throughout Northern Virginia.
